Unless otherwise stated, the Wristix name, branding, website content, product photography, graphics, text, designs, layouts, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Wristix and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, technologies, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
No use of the Wristix name, logo, or branding is permitted without our prior written approval except as reasonably necessary to identify products purchased from us.
4. Customer Artwork and Content
Customers may provide logos, artwork, photographs, text, names, barcodes, QR codes, variable data, trademarks, or other materials for use in custom products.
By submitting materials to Wristix, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the materials or have permission to use them.
- Their use does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or organization.
- The materials do not violate applicable laws.
- You have obtained any necessary permissions or releases.
You grant Wristix and its production partners a limited right to use, reproduce, modify, and process submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to prepare, manufacture, and deliver your order.
You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of all customer-supplied content.
5. Artwork Approval and Proofs
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, proofs, specifications, spelling, dates, names, numbering, barcodes, QR codes, colors, quantities, dimensions, and other order details before approving production.
Once a proof has been approved or an order has entered production, changes may not be possible.
Wristix is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including:
- Spelling or grammatical errors
- Incorrect names, dates, or numbers
- Low-resolution artwork
- Improperly supplied logos or graphics
- Incorrect customer-provided variable data
- Customer-selected colors, finishes, sizes, quantities, or products
Where we identify an obvious production concern before manufacturing, we may contact you, but customers remain responsible for final approval.
6. Color and Product Variations
Colors displayed on monitors and mobile devices may differ from printed or manufactured products.
Reasonable variations may also occur between production runs, materials, finishes, inks, fabrics, plastics, RFID components, and other manufacturing processes.
Such normal manufacturing variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
7. RFID, NFC, Barcodes and Technology Products
Wristix supplies RFID, NFC, barcode, QR-code, and other technology-enabled credential products.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility between ordered products and their existing access-control systems, scanners, readers, payment platforms, locks, software, or other technology unless Wristix has expressly agreed in writing to provide system integration or compatibility assurance.
Performance may depend on third-party hardware, software, infrastructure, configuration, and environmental conditions outside Wristix’s control.
Where technical compatibility is critical, customers should provide system requirements before placing an order.
8. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Wristix.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Unavailable materials
- Production limitations
- Intellectual property concerns
- Unlawful or inappropriate artwork
- Technical incompatibility
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
An order is not considered accepted until Wristix confirms acceptance or begins production.
9. Pricing
Prices, quotations, and product availability may change without notice before an order is accepted.
Where a pricing error occurs, Wristix may correct the price before accepting the order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill at the stated price, we will provide the customer with the option to approve the corrected price or receive an applicable refund.
Taxes, shipping, duties, brokerage fees, customs charges, and other applicable costs may be charged separately unless expressly included.
10. Quotes
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for the period specified on the quote.
Pricing may depend on quantity, artwork, materials, production method, exchange rates, freight costs, delivery timelines, and other factors.
Changes to specifications after a quote is issued may result in revised pricing.
11. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated during checkout, quoting, or invoicing.
Wristix may require full or partial payment before production begins.
For approved business customers, alternative payment arrangements may be offered at our discretion.
Orders may be delayed where payment has not been received according to the agreed terms.
12. Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for applicable sales taxes, value-added taxes, import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, and similar governmental charges unless otherwise stated.
International customers are responsible for understanding any import requirements applicable in their destination country.
13. Production Times
Production timelines vary depending on product type, quantity, customization, materials, RFID requirements, artwork approval, and production capacity.
Any production or delivery date provided by Wristix is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Customers with a fixed event date should communicate that date before ordering.
14. Rush Orders
Rush production may be available for certain products and may involve additional charges.
Acceptance of a rush order does not eliminate delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, supply disruptions, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
15. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier performance.
Once an order has been transferred to a third-party carrier, delivery may be subject to that carrier’s terms and operating conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Wristix is not responsible for delays or additional expenses caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
16. Inspection of Orders
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.
If you believe an order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the approved specifications, please contact info@wristixco.com promptly and provide photographs and relevant order information.
We may request that affected products be retained while the issue is reviewed.
17. Custom Products, Returns and Cancellations
Because customized products are manufactured specifically for each customer, custom orders generally cannot be returned or refunded simply because a customer changes their mind.
Orders may also become non-cancellable once materials have been purchased or production has begun.
If Wristix makes a production error or supplies defective products, we will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, may repair, replace, reproduce, credit, or refund the affected portion of the order.
Stock or non-customized products may be subject to separate return conditions.
These provisions are subject to any statutory rights that apply to the customer and cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Samples
Product samples may be provided for evaluation purposes.
Samples are intended to demonstrate general materials, construction, printing, or functionality. Final production products may contain reasonable manufacturing variations.
Custom prototypes or production samples may involve additional charges.

No credentialing product can guarantee prevention of fraud, unauthorized access, theft, injury, security incidents, or other operational risks.
Customers remain responsible for implementing appropriate staffing, security procedures, technology, venue controls, emergency procedures, and access-management practices.
