Our wristbands are designed with event security and access control in mind. Many options feature tamper-evident or single-use closures that prevent the wristband from being removed and transferred without visible damage.

Additional security features, including RFID, barcodes, QR codes, variable data, and sequential numbering, can be incorporated depending on your requirements.

RFID, or Radio Frequency Identification, uses wireless technology to identify and communicate with a credential containing an RFID chip.

Yes. Barcodes, QR codes, sequential numbering, names, unique IDs, and other variable data can be incorporated into many Wristix products.

Yes. Wristix products can be customized with your event or organization’s branding, colors, logos, text, and artwork. Depending on the product, our team can also assist with preparing your design for production.

Yes. Logos, sponsor branding, event information, access levels, names, and other custom elements can be incorporated into your credentials.

For the best print quality, vector artwork is preferred whenever available. High-resolution artwork of at least 300 DPI is recommended for raster images.

Artwork can be submitted as part of your order or sent directly to our team. If your project requires multiple files, variable data, or special production instructions, we recommend contacting us so we can ensure everything is prepared correctly.

Templates are available for many custom products to help ensure artwork is properly sized and positioned for production. Contact us if you require a template for a specific product.

Send your artwork to info@wristixco.com. Our team can review the files and help identify any issues before production.

For custom products, an artwork proof can be provided for approval before production begins. This gives you an opportunity to review your design, layout, text, and other details before the final product is manufactured.

Available payment methods will be provided during the ordering or invoicing process. For large-volume or custom orders, additional payment options may be available.

Applicable taxes are calculated based on the order and delivery destination where required.

If production has not yet started, changes may be possible. Contact info@wristixco.com as soon as possible and our team will determine whether the requested changes can be accommodated.

Custom products often enter production quickly. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun or costs have not already been incurred.

Yes. Samples are available for many of our products so you can evaluate materials, print quality, finishes, and credential options before placing a larger order.

Custom-produced samples may not always be available due to setup and production requirements.

Yes. Most products offer volume-based pricing, meaning the cost per unit generally decreases as order quantities increase.

Absolutely. We can make repeat ordering straightforward by using artwork and specifications from your previous Wristix order. Contact our team with your previous order information and required quantity.

Shipping costs depend on the destination, order size, weight, and required delivery speed. Available shipping options and associated costs will be provided with your order.

Yes. Wristix supports clients throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America, and other international markets.

Yes. Tracking information is provided for applicable shipments once your order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a production error, or does not match the approved specifications, contact info@wristixco.com as soon as possible. Our team will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Because custom products are manufactured specifically for each client, they generally cannot be returned due to a change of mind. If there is a manufacturing defect, damage, or an error attributable to Wristix or one of our production partners, contact us and we’ll review the issue promptly.
